Your teen has now begun to further explore how they fit in, start to note pubertal physical changes, and seek out meaning in the world around them. This time is intrinsic to shaping personal identity and finding social belonging with peers.
Annual visits for 3 years to 18 years
Height/weight measurement
Blood pressure measurement
Vision and hearing screening starting at age 4
Review developmental milestones, academics, screen time, sleep, eating habits, and other pertinent information at every well visit
Depression screening annually starting at age 12
Vaccines offered at age 11
Tdap- tetanus diptheria pertussis
MenACWY- Meningitis ACWY
HPV9- Human papilloma virus
Vaccines offered at age 16
MenACWY- Meningitis ACWY
Vaccine offered at ages 17-18
Meningitis B
Flu vaccine available annually starting in September
