Dr. Erica Persichetti is a dual certified Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive care to children of all ages. She feels that this is her calling to compassionately provide high-quality, holistic health care for patients. Her goal is to openly listen to the concerns and challenges that families have, and partner with them to raise healthy, thriving kids. She believes in fostering open communication and collaboration between families to choose the plan of care that is tailored to their child’s specific needs. Erica is passionate about preventative medicine and utilizing education to equip families to feel confident raising healthy children.
Erica grew up in Arvada, Colorado, and was herself one of the original patient at Cornerstone Pediatrics as a child. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. As a registered nurse, she started her careering in an inpatient medical telemetry unit at Rose Medical Center in Denver, before transitioning to Cornerstone Pediatrics to work for several years. She then decided to pursue her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of San Diego while also working as a Triage nurse at a local pediatric clinic in San Diego. In her spare time, Erica enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, volleyball, soccer, reading a good mystery novel, and spending time outdoors with her family friends, and dog.
